Stop Press: Customers expect brands to behave - don't expect to pay more
Interesting infographic here from Raconteur, highlighting how people are becoming more interested in how a brand behaves. It's an odd observation from them however, which seems to look from the brands point of view, when they say: "retailers are being pressured to be more ethical and sustainable in their practices...for the same amount of money". Surely a more reasonable conclusion would be that customers expect brands to offer the same quality while also being ethical? Not too much to ask is it?
